The practice is open from 8.45 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday and 8.45 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays. During this time non-prescription materials can be obtained, ie, wormers, flea treatments, vitamin tablets, specialised foods, etc. For consultation times, please see below.

Canon Street is easily found in central Taunton, close to the main entrance of the Somerset County Cricket Ground, St James Street. Canon Street is the junction with St James Street at the mini roundabout just 20 meters from Cricket Ground gates. Priory Close is then 10 meters along the street on the left hand side.
Parking is available behind the surgery via West Country & Wales Wholesale. Please be courteous to their customers and do not allow your dog to foul their premises.Consultations
At Priory Close, you have the option of either "open surgery" when you come along and take your turn, or consultation by appointment. Please ring as early as possible if you require an appointment. Genuine emergencies are seen as soon as possible at all times. Please have your pet under control, ie, dogs on a suitable lead and cats in a basket or similar container. You will be expected to pay after each consultation - if this is likely to be a problem please discuss it with the reception staff before the consultation.
Open surgeries:
Monday to Saturday ~ 9 to 9.30am,
Mondays to Fridays ~ 6 to 7pm.
Saturday ~ 12am to 1pm
